Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not offer international shipping.
My order is being shipped to the wrong address. How do I correct it?
We recommend that you contact us immediately by clicking here. We cannot always have the package rerouted if it has already shipped (UPS cannot reroute packages to a different address after their carrier has accepted the parcel).
My product came broken. Can I get a store credit or a replacement?
We know its a bummer when this happens. Send us an email within seven (7) days of the product arrival.
Please make sure to include the following:
First and Last Name
Brief description of the product damage.
Pictures of the damaged parcel(s)
Each submission is handled on a case by case basis. Most cases are handled by us shipping the damaged product back to our warehouse where they will send back a replacement. In some rare cases like a limited edition product, we may offer you a store credit.
I don't like this trick. Can I get a refund?
There's an old magic shop saying "Once the secret is told the trick is sold." (No refunds)
We do have an exception:
If the item is out of stock and you already submitted your order. (Sometimes our items go out of stock in our warehouse before we can update our website. If this happens we will refund you.
